The rooms were comfortable and clean. The family loved the swimming pool which was nice, clean and not crowded. I love the TV in the suite which has internet access. The staff were all very friendly and attentive and they made us felt very welcomed and at home. The spa was nice and good value. We appreciated that the supervisor, Corina, acted promptly when she heard that the marbled floor condensed badly during the night and resolved the problem quickly. The fact that the tap water could be used to boil water was so much appreciated after we went to the second hotel with tap water that could not be drunk. The stained toilet seat in the suite could use a change though. The beach was not as clean as I would like but the tiny crabs tunnelling in the sand made up for it. Overall, the hotel is value for money.

The rooms was a bit dated especially the shower otherwise this would be a 5* review. The pool and outside areas are gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. The views to Bali stunning. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. It's worth staying at the hotel just to eat in both of the restaurants where the food and service couldn't be faulted.

The hotel itself is lovely. It is situated adjacent to the beach, has a great pool and beautiful gardens. The room I had was nicely decorated, good aircon and great bed. Above all, the staff were fabulous. Friendly and helpful and couldn't have been better.

Loved EVERYTHING about this resort!! We went for our honeymoon! We checked in late (around 8pm), but the staff were still so energized, enthusiastic, and welcoming. Indonesia is super hot and humid, and they gave us this tamarind drink that was very refreshing. They upgraded our room, gave us 2 free drinks and appetizers, and had dessert waiting for us in our room. The room was beautifully decorated and super clean. We drink a lot of water, and they ALWAYS replenished the water bottles in our room. Every single staff member was so sweet and so kind. Especially the concierge Perdi, who was INCREDIBLY helpful throughout our stay. He helped us with our luggages to the 4th floor (no elevator), gave us contacts for drivers, snorkeling tour guides, and much more. The beach was nice, the pool was even better! Very family-friendly but also had a swim-up bar. Bartenders and servers were super attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner menus was amazing. I loved trying all the Indonesian cuisine, and my husband loved that they also had western options. Lastly, the property was very well maintained. The coconut trees, all the beautiful flowers, geckos, baby sea turtles, and butterflies all felt very authentically Indonesian. We had the BEST time and cant wait to come back!

Nice oldish hotel on the beach. Good value for money. The restaurants were too expensive, though, so most people had their meals outside. Not a bad option in Senggigi but the good beaches are some distance away.

Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits dans une villa avec piscine privée et en front de mer. La villa est vraiment incroyable pour le prix que nous avons payé. Le personne est vraiment aux petits soins notamment Riski la personne en charge du nettoyage de la piscine et la manage de l’hôtel qui est venu personnellement au moment du Check out pour s’assurer que notre séjour s’est bien passé. Sinon il faut trouver des points d’amélioration je dirais, la nourriture des restaurants à la carte pourraient être améliorée, la salle de sport n’est vraiment pas trop et les déchets dans la mer et au sur la plage. Le personnel a beau nettoyer tous les matins, malheureusement ce n’est pas suffisant. La plage reste toute fois très agréable. En conclusion un excellent séjour nous avons passé.

The Sheraton was a lovely hotel. The pool, beach & staff were great. The 2 restaurants were ok the service wasn’t consistent we only dinned there twice the 1st time was great the 2nd not so good.

We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton. It’s at the quiet end of senggigi but easily walkable to get to other restaurants and shops in the village. The beach off the hotel is pretty, and the sea is nice but it’s quite a busy ocean area with jet skis and boats, but it’s charming and not noisy at all. The staff are all lovely and breakfast is great. Excellent pianist playing each morning too. The rooms are not new but they’re good size and everything works and is comfortable. The gym is decent too, and the swimming pool is incredible. Lovely place- would recommend it and will come back I’m sure.

Classic and friendly location

Classic hotel slightly older but that added to the charm. Beautiful location and local conveniences a 5-10 minute walk away. Team here are genuinely lovely and very accommodating, the food is very good here and reasonably priced. I will definitely return

Pool was filthy with green mold. No gluten free food at all offered at both restaurants, had to get a taxi and go to other local resorts for lunch and dinner to eat. I have stayed in Sheraton Hotels in many countries and this would have to be the worse. Very disappointed in the very poor standard. The beach was filthy with rubbish and plastic from a local drain, dare not put my head under the water. (forget snorkeling) Lots of Customer Service staff who smiled a lot and asked lots of questions, BUT did nothing! Maybe time for a new general manager and clean out some staff .... More like a 2 star hotel. Not happy at all !

Great location with lots of restaurants nearby

Good stay, the staff were brilliant especially Jaelani who serviced our room. The hotel has a great location on the beach and close to many restaurants and bars along the main road. One of the major pluses was a large gallon water bottle in the room. The rooms are functional but looking a little dated and could do with refurbishment. The other nice touch was the gift of a beach bag. Would certainly return.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton. Property was beautiful and very family friendly. Food options on location are great value for money and there are plenty of cheap eats close by. The staff here were brilliant and we will definitely becoming back next year
