The hotel construction,the design and the location were excellent but that was it. The breakfast was pathetic,a lot of choices but the quality of food was way below average. One good thing was that they had fresh juices. The staff needs a better train,especially at the restaurant by the beach. some of them looked not happy at all and you can really feel it. Some didn't know what to do and some were really slow. Spa was average,not so impressed. The kliff restaurant - staff worked better than anywhere else in the resort. Food was ok,better than the one on the beach. The bellboys were so friendly and our chaffeur was very sweet guy. If you don't mind about food and service then i would recommend this place. Get the beachfront / oceanview room! And thw bed was nice!
