We stayed at this apartment on vacation and unfortunately cannot recommend it.The Good:The view was spectacular, the location was excellent, and communication with the management company was good throughout our stay.The Bad:Unfortunately, the property has a long list of issues that significantly affected our stay:•The TV is very small (22”) and placed at floor level•No microwave in the kitchen•There’s an oven, but no oven-safe dish (Pyrex) to heat food in•Very few plates/dishes for a home with no dishwasher •General lack of maintenance: the extractor fan light and the fridge light don’t work, and the fridge door shelves are broken•Air conditioning only in the bedroom — whoever sleeps in the living room has to deal with the heat•The bathroom door is hard to open and scrapes on the floor; it needs maintenance•The washing machine is in the bathroom, directly facing the toilet, which is uncomfortable•Water pressure is extremely poor•The shower stall is very small — cramped for an adult•There’s a hairdryer in the bathroom, but it doesn’t fit the outlet, so you have to dry your hair in the living room or kitchen•The only outlet next to the bed is used by the air conditioning unit, so there’s no way to have a light on at night or charge your phone (a simple power strip would have solved this)•The apartment wasn’t clean on arrival — dirty chairs and trash left inside the nightstand drawers
