The modern country-style bedroom is furnished with a double bed (high-quality mattresses), flat-screen TV and an old tiled stove. In the separate kitchen is a fully fitted kitchen (cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave), a freestanding kitchen stove in country style and a cozy dining area. The ground floor has two bathrooms. The smaller bathroom is equipped with shower, vanity and toilet and the spacious bathroom with an open floor-level shower, vanity, toilet and sauna in country style. The rooms on the ground floor have partly underfloor heating. The living and dining area in the attic are spacious and open. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with hob (ceramic hob), dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a dining area with table and chairs. Furthermore, the living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (1.35 x 2.25 m), flat screen TV and a stove. A bedroom in modern country style with double bed (high quality mattresses), and a spacious bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet are located in the attic. The skylights have shutters. Our house is about 75 m² living space in the attic for up to 3 people and about 85 m² living space on the ground floor for up to 4 people separately or completely usable. The approximately 90-year-old house was extensively renovated by us until 2016 and equipped for you stylish and exclusive. Our country house has a closed interior with various seating options, parking spaces, a carport for a covered patio, a modern heating system for year-round holiday and a sauna area in country house style.
