55 km west of Helsinki, L.Hiidenvesi 20 m (length 10 km, width 5 km), shallow and mainly soft sand and moraine bottom, own boat, one 2-person kayak and 2 kayaks for one person.
Main cottage build 1970, completely renovated 2003 (68 m²). Living room 2 convertible sofas/bed, bedroom 2 beds, hall, large open porch round cottage. Sauna in cottage (wood-fired stove), washroom (shower), dressing room.
Barbecue possibility from May to October.
Separate comfortable outbuilding / shed (23 m² + sleeping loft 10 m²) with extra accommodation for 3 persons in summer (1.5.-31.10.). Outbuilding will be rent only for cottage tenant.
Included in price:
ERV cancellation insurance
Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2026-03-03 - 2027-04-30)
Laundry (initial supply of bed linen and towels) (2026-03-03 - 2027-04-30)
