Charming cottage with large fenced garden
This beautiful house offers 116 sqm of living space plus an 18 sqm conservatory – plenty of room for the whole family.
Built in 1969, the house underwent a major renovation and extension in 2007. It features a lovely, well-equipped open kitchen/dining area connected to a spacious living room with a brand-new wood-burning stove (2025). There are three bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a bunk room with two bunks. All bedrooms have wardrobes for clothes storage.
The house also includes a neat and spacious bathroom with a shower.
In the garage across from the house, there’s a well-designed utility room with a large fridge, as well as an extra toilet with a washing machine and dryer.
On warm summer days, you can enjoy barbecuing on one of the three wooden terraces surrounding the house, all furnished with garden furniture. On cooler days, the conservatory is a perfect alternative.
The garden is large and spacious. In one corner, there’s a children’s play area with swings and a playhouse. There’s also a fire pit on the lawn and plenty of space for all kinds of games. The grass is mowed by a robot.
The entire property is fenced and completely private, with lots of lovely sheltered spots.
If you bring bikes or enjoy walking, you can ride or walk along the Frederik VII Canal to the harbor area in Løgstør – a 4 km trip with great restaurants, ice cream, and shopping options.
If you're in the mood for a water park, Landal Rønbjerg is just 6 km away.
