The hotel is adequate for a nights stay. The location is good for the old part of Logrño The rooms are clean but the noise coming from above, outside inside the hallway, other people’s flushing toilets is really unacceptable.

Great price ratio in the area

A great choice in the area, price quality is good. Breakfast is simple but enough. For business i will definitely come back. Parking can be very tricky as they have no parking and the parkings from 9am are paid.

Our stay at Mercure Carlton Rioja was okay. The air-conditioner was not working the first day/night. It was VERY uncomfortable! We had to open and keep the windows open the whole night just to try to stay comfortable. They fixed it the following day so the other 2 nights/days we stayed there were fine. Hotel needs some updating especially the reception area and the hallways. Hotel is centrally located. Everything was within walking distance.

Excellent location

Very nice hotel, convenient to restaurants and shopping. The parking ramp is pretty tight and you have to be very careful driving down or up the ramp otherwise you will scrape the sides of your car.
