Once thru the scary gate, past all the weeds, climb stairs alongside filthy exterior. (There’s no excuse for dirt. Power wash that thing!)The outdoor area was not clean or tidy, and had knocked over furnitureKitchen virtually unusable due to no oven or stove top. The portable plug in burner just doesn’t cut it. Plus, there was no place to put it. Living room rug was filthy. Bare floor would be improvement. Location popular with local Harley Club.
