This motel has a new owner and she was very friendly and committed to improving the property. There were a lot of things updated already and she's only been there since July. This is an old motel but clean. I'd stay here again.

This is a property that’s a bit dated, but good enough for a night or two if you don’t need the bells and whistles. I met one of the owners, Mary, and she was kind and accommodating to me.

The price is very low - you get what you pay for. That being said - we wanted cheap - just a place to sleep when we were not hiking. Super nice guy at the desk - very friendly and helpful!

Don’t waste your money

After paying for my room and trying to check in I was told there were no rooms available. Man behind counter was rude and short and the place was disgusting. Was happy to leave and find some place better and cleaner.

Nastiest hotel I’ve ever been in. I think there was puke (prior guest?) next time toilet. No weather strip on bottom of door let rain in and black mold/mildew under carpet. Smell was horrendous. Family had headache following day-likely from mold exposure. Absolutely horrible. Building should likely be condemned.

Arrival at 9:30 tired driven 11 hours went to register asked if I had a pet, I selected a pet friendly motel, said I had a cat rudely told me we don’t take cats. I’m a patient person I lost it. I was told that if I had read the amenities I would have seen no cats. He went to speak to his manager. Charged me an additional $30 and was told I would have gotten a better deal not working through a 3rd party that they(Expedia) got most of it. They assigned us a very smelly smoking room. A day later my clothes still smell. Now I realize why I prefer Airbnb accommodations. Very dissatisfied. Reluctant to use Expedia again

No cleaning service during your stay. Our room was much more dirty and ran down than the two rooms that our family members had. Some people showed up late in the evening and was yelling at the people in a room and letting their dog run around the parking lot. We had to tell them to leave. The next night someone was in the parking lot around 2am playing music. We paid over $100 more using Travelocity than our family members paid for their same rooms. Do not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again. We could have stayed at the nice holiday inn for less.

After driving 6 hours to get to the hotel and at 11 pm, we went into the office just for the manager to tell us that his computer system was down and that he could not check us in. He offered no assistance in finding us alternative accommodations and refused to take my credit card information so that he could charge me later when gheir system was back up. The only thing he suggested was to try the Holiday Inn around the corner. Luckily I did not pay for the room ahead of time.

Terrible service, late night check in, about midnight and had to knock on the door and call for about 45 minutes only to be told there’s no room available when I made a reservation. Finally got in and they could not accommodate late check our or they would call the Sheriffs department WOW

over-priced smelled of mildew ratted curtains, old, yucky bed covering cracked/dirty floors in the bathroom service was disappointing, TV wouldn't work noisy and disrespectful tenants would NEVER recommend this establishment for anything other than a dozer

BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!!

the room was clean but the people running it were horrible.our tv in the room was set on a timer it shut of at 1244 pm and didnt come back on untill 1244 pm the next day.i was going to call the front desk and ask about this when i looked at the phone it was blank nothing saying front desk so i picked it up the damn thing didnt even work so at 130 am i had to walk to the front desk to get a code to unlock the tv.oh and i hope you dont need towels while you stay there cause he will tell you that he will have to see if he can find some oh but you have to walk back to get them yourself and only if YOU TAKE your dirty one to him first.ya clean room but everything else sucked BAD BAD BAD SERVICE AND HOTELS .COM they didnt care either i will not be using them again
