The first bedroom on this level is a double bedroom furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm mattresses and a length of 200 cm, and it also benefits from access to the balcony. A second room on this floor contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. A shower room and a separate WC complete the ground floor facilities.
