The cozy, modern furnished 1-room apartment is located in the high-floor of the house with a separate entrance through the terrace (high terrace) and has a living room with double bed, small table with two armchairs, TV and radio with CD player. From the living room / bedroom you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. There is a walk-in closet spacious. In the corridor area is a well-equipped kitchenette with integrated 2-burner stove and refrigerator. A large bathroom with shower and toilet. The sunny, furbished south facing terrace promises a great partial ocean view. A free parking space for one car is available on premises. Likewise, a beach chair (May-September) is on the beach included. Sheets and towels are not provided. Pets are not allowed.

You can hear the sound of the sea! The house is located on the beach of Stubbenfelde in a quiet location. The apartments are located in the mezzanine and the attic and have thereby lies the house on a mountain, a panoramic sea view. The stop of the Usedom resort railway is about 600 meters away.
