Merci à Dominique pour son accueil chaleureux.L'appartement correspondait vraiment à ce que l'on recherchait; à deux pas du port et des différentes plages, très bien aménagé, lumineux; on a aussi apprécié le parking souterrain privé et le garage à vélo.L'appartement est très silencieux côté patio Ouest, où se situe la terrasse extérieure. Petite vue magnifique sur le port et l'île Tudy depuis la terrasse. Loctudy est vraiment vivant et agréable avec ses boulangeries et ses nombreux restaurants, ainsi que le bar du port...Amateurs de vélo, nous nous sommes régalés sur les nombreuses petites routes qui nous ont permis de découvrir, la pointe de la Torche, Pont l'abbé, Quimper (très belle voie verte) et aussi Concarneau.On reviendra!

Appartement neuf très bien situé au centre de Loctudy à 2 pas du port, de sa plage et des commerces (boulangerie, poissonnerie, Proxy…). Le logement est bien agencé avec de nombreux rangements. Très lumineux, avec une petite terrasse donnant sur la cour intérieure de l’immeuble permettant de préserver l’intimité des déjeuners. La place dans le parking privé souterrain est très appréciable et pratique. L’accueil est très chaleureux chaleureux avec plusieurs recommandations sur les lieux à visiter. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Superbe séjour, appartement impeccable. Propriétaire très accueillante. Que dire de plus. Tout était parfait. En tout cas, ce serait difficile de faire mieux et très indélicat d’en demander plus. L’appartement est très bien situé. Même si la chambre donne sur la rue du port avec ses restaurants et magasins, les gens de Loctudy sont très discrets. À minuit au plus tard, c’est très calme ; et avant minuit, le bruit des passants est discret. Aucun problème pour dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Lave-linge à disposition, aspirateur, micro-ondes, plaque induction, four, cafetière nespresso, bouilloire, télévision… Pour la voiture, parking sécurisé en sous-sol avec accès par ascenseur. La petite plage du port est au bout de la rue ( environs 100m) comme l’embarcadère pour l’archipel Glenan. Vous voulez acheter du poisson, des coquillages ou ces chères demoiselles de Loctudy ? (Les langoustines) C’est à côté. Bref, beaucoup de choses se font juste à pieds. Louer un vélo, c’est pas loin non plus. Et Loctudy est un très bon point de départ pour découvrir le sud-ouest de la Bretagne en voiture. De belles escapades en perspectives. Concarneau a 1h tout comme la pointe du Raz. Nous tenons à remercier la propriétaire pour le magnifique séjour (trop court) que nous avons passé grâce à elle et son appartement. Christophe et Sylvie.P.s. pour les futurs locataires : prenez bien soins de cet appartement pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter comme nous l’avons fait.
