About this property

Lake Constance vacation apartment "Am Ruggbach"

Our house dates back to the 1970s. In 2013 we completely renovated it with energy efficiency, using only ecological building materials, mainly wood.

Harmoniously embedded in the surrounding nature, it reflects the modern Vorarlberg architecture.

A separate stairway leads you into the apartment. Wood is our favorite material, so we have used it often, but unobtrusively.

A generous glazed balcony with a view to the river "Ruggbach" and its wooded area, create a wonderful atmosphere and deep relaxation.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. A TV comes with satellite channels, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and slippers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Loved the space. Location was excellent. The amenities stated laundry available. This is not accurate. The host offered to do laundry which was awkward. No soap or shampoo. Charged .50 cents for a cup of coffee. Awkward. I would change the listing to no laundry. Don’t charge for coffee. Increase the room rate by 5 and put soap and shampoo on the room.
