Room layout: Cosy and beautiful open living, kitchen and dining area, with exit to the terrace. Two bedrooms with double beds in each, one full bathroom with a shower, and one separate guest toilet.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed in Residenza Robinia.

Smoking is not allowed inside Residenza Robinia. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Residenza Robinia is fully equipped with, amongst others: Wifi, Flat screen TV, Google Chromecast TV (incl. German speaking channels), DVD, CD and stereo system, Nespresso coffee machine (compatible capsules can be found in any major grocery store), kettle, toaster, dishwasher, hairdryer, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: Residenza Robinia has a laundry/drying room, with washing machine and dryer, for common use for everyone in the building. We provide you with a washcard that is located inside the apartment.

PLEASE NOTE: Residenza Robinia has one dedicated parking space in the garage. If you arrive with 2 cars then public parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of Residenza Robinia, on Via Serafino Balestra. From the street it is a short walk to the entrance of the building and the apartment. A parking space for your second car on the street is NOT guaranteed, as the parking spaces are in public parking zones.
