Guter Standort in angenehmer Umgebung. Gut erreichbar mit dem ÖV. In Locarno und Umgebung gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel. In Locarno und Umgebung gutes kulinarisches Angebot.

Alles in Ordnung, alles vorhanden, die Wohnung Sauber vorgefunden, haben aber die Küche nicht gebraucht ausser dem Morgenkaffe, ansonsten haben wir Auswärts gegessen, aber was uns gefehlt hat sind zwei Liege Stühle um bei Sonne die Terrasse zu geniessen und nicht auf den harten Plastik Stühlen zu verbringen. Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung weiter Empfehlen.

Unterkunft ok. Gegenüber Therme. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Schöne Gartenanlage. Ins Zentrum ca 20 min. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Bettdecke war viel zu dick. Für mein persönliches Empfinden, selbst für den Winter zu dick. Parkplatz super!

Wenn auch die Küche klein ist, eine super Idee ist der rückseitige Einbau des Backofens in den Garderobekasten. So konnten wir mal schnell einen Flammkuchen backen! Die Lösung für die Schuhablage im Entree ist cool. Das Badezimmer ist funktional und freundlich. Die Matrazen sind gut, das Daunenduvet reichlich schwer. Hübscher Sitzplatz mit Blick ins Grüne mit momentan div. blühenden Büschen und Bäumen.

alle Jahre wieder Locarno

Seit fast 15 Jahren verbringen wir unsere Ferien in dem Objekt. Negativ ist, dass es in der Wohnung noch immer kein W-LAN gibt. Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind sehr gut. Leider bekommt man das Ticino-Ticket nicht und trotz Kurtaxe keine Vergünstigung bei den Verkehrsbetrieben. Dies wäre vorteilhaft, wenn man dem täglichen Stau Richtung Cadenazzo entgehen will. Hier ist wohl die Politik gefragt.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet appartement. La terrasse est très agréable et l'appartement fonctionnel. Gros bémol pour les francophones : que deux chaînes en français, à savoir RTS 1 et 2. Dommage, il aurait été agréable d'avoir une variété de chaînes aussi grande que celle allemande, arabe et ouzbek (??).

Schöne Tage in der Residenz Lido, Locarno

Ein idealer Standort in Locarno. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung im Interhome Office. Idealer Standort. Schöne Wanderungen direkt ab Residenz. Gute ÖV Anbindung. Bus zum Bahnhof und in die Umgebung, zur Piazza Grande. Station nahe der Residenz. Ruhige Umgebung. Schöne Grünfläche mit Palmen. Im Sommer ideal dank kurzer Distanz zum Lido. Schöne Wohnung und Terrasse, gut eingerichtet. Gerne werde ich bei Gelegenheit einen weiteren Aufenthalt buchen.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Der Standort ist optimal, es ist sehr sauber, man hat eine Terrasse oder einen Balkon. Alle waren sehr freundlich und man bekam viele Informationen zur Region! Super!
