This cosy third-floor retreat enjoys lift access and has a light-filled living area with sofa seating and direct access to a private balcony where you can unwind whilst soaking up the Locarnese life going flowing along the streets. Additionally, a dining set-up along with a fully-equipped kitchen makes a self-catered stay carefree here. The holiday apartment enjoys one of the most enviable positions in Locarno, from where you can explore everything on foot. Just a stone’s throw away are located several restaurants, Piazza Grande with its vibrant shops, open-air terraces and gelaterias, supermarkets and the glimmering shores of Lake Maggiore. Also within a 5-minutes walk are Locarno’s Lungalago with a lakeside promenade for romantic evening strolls, the beautiful Fontana Pedrazzini and the funicular to the iconic Madonna del Sasso.

For our active guests, the Lido di Locarno, a golf course and the famous Locarno Falconry are a 15-20 minutes walk away. Meanwhile, for those who want to enjoy picnics and relax on summer afternoons by the lake, Giardini Jean Arp is 10 minutes on foot from here. Art enthusiasts are also in for a delight as an Art Museum is also about the same distance.
