First floor apartment of 50m² consisting of large entrance hall, living room with sofa bed and separate kitchen area, double bedroom, bathroom.
From the living room you can access the balcony and the large terrace (see photos!) Private 75m² with additional 25m² of garden. The terrace (also artificially lit for evening use) in May will be furnished with a sofa / outdoor seating and shade cover to make it to function well at any time of the day.
Private parking included, crucial to avoid the nightmare of parking in Loano is not easy in any weekend of the year.
The kitchen is complete, modern and equipped with every appliance (refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, induction cooker, dishwasher).

L'appartamento è molto ben tenuto e recentemente ristrutturato. Vicino al mare ma, al contempo, lontano dal "rumore notturno" del lungomare. Pezzo forte: magnifica terrazza con pergola dove rilassarsi, facendo un aperitivo o leggendo un buon libro.

Great place for a holiday

We were happy to find this newly renovated apartment in Loano. There is washing machine, dish washer, and a nice kitchen and bathroom the best feature was the huge private terrace that provides a great sanctuary during all parts of the day. The apartment is situated right in the city center of Loano and there is easy access to grocery stores, bakeries, the main shopping street and the beach.
