This grandiose villa has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, which can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. Inside the villa we find a large and luminous living room, with a fireplace and comfortable armchairs accompanied by a delicate decoration where you can watch television or simply pass the time in the company of a good book. In the spacious living room you will also find a dining area which communicates with a large fully equipped kitchen. The property also has internet connection, safe and all the comforts for your enjoyment.

Outside there is a large swimming pool with sunbeds to enjoy the sun and outdoor furniture always ready for a meal cooked on the barbecue offered by the property. This villa has specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles. A complete mechanical workshop is at your disposal.



Public transport: Less than 250 metres away you will find the stops of the bus lines 23 and 520, with the latter you will be in the centre of Palma in only 25 minutes. At 9 minutes walking distance you will find the Club Nautico stop where the following lines pass: 454, 500, 501, 502, 515 and A51.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



This house has heating in all rooms. However, it does not have air conditioning, so the necessary fans will be provided to the guests.



Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.



Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
