Separate, self-sufficient vacation home for 6 people on the grounds of Fincahotel Es Llobets
This self-sufficient finca for self-catering, with a walled plot of approx. 1000 sqm, is located in a separate building in the grounds of the finca hotel Es Llobets. The separate 125 sqm house has a valid license (AG/341), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite), a cosy living-dining room, a terrace covered with bamboo mats and a fully equipped kitchen (barbecue on the terrace is a matter of course). Heating and air conditioning are also available. Washing machine and tumble dryer as well as dishwasher are available as well as SAT-TV and Wlan. SPECIAL FEATURE: Guests of the self-sufficient finca can use all public areas as well as the terrace(s) / garden and the pool of the finca hotel, as there is no private pool on the plot on which the separate house is located. The two houses (hotel / finca) are only 50 m apart. It is also possible to book breakfast or occasional evening meals (for a fee). Due to the concept of the hotel (Adults Only), this house is also only suitable for adults. Pets are welcome at any time on request.
