This stunning 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa, located in Bahia Grande, offers a capacity for up to 7 people. Outside there is a private swimming pool, a large terrace with chill-out area, sunbeds and outdoor dining area. The interior of the villa is spacious and includes a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and the 4 double bedrooms, 3 of them with air conditioning.

Located in a quiet area, just a few metres from the sea and a few kilometres from some of the best beaches and coves of the island, this villa is the perfect option to enjoy total privacy without renouncing to the attractions that Mallorca can offer. It is only 22 kilometres from the city of Palma and 10 kilometres from the airport, making it the ideal place to spend an unforgettable holiday.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Lovely Villa

We have just got back from a lovely week! The villa is so nice, very clean and a really modern kitchen. The pool is definitely the best bit, it's a nice size and very clean. Carlos the owner was very responsive to any queries we had. There is a photo of a bath in the pictures but there is no bath there. The only thing I would say is if you are taking a baby then bring a travel cot and maybe a travel highchair but apart from that, 5 star! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Schoon huis mooie buurt

Prachtig huis, fijne eigenaar en prima contact. Lastig met taalbarriere maar prima te doen. De fotos komen niet overal overeen; de loungeset buiten was niet aanwezig en het bad in de badkamer is vervangen door een stortdouche. Verder hele mooie buurt, dicht bij de supermarkt en veel locals. 10 minuten met de taxi naar het centrum van el arenal

Tolle Finca, nur der Vermieter und die überteuerte Stomrechnung waren absolut nicht ok!!

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit Supermarkt in der Nähe. Gut ausgestattete Finca, in der man als Gruppe genug Raum findet. Der Vermieter kann leider nur Spanisch und war nicht sonderlich herzlich. Trotz 200€ Reinigungsgebühr muss man sogar den Badmüll an den öffentlichen Müllcontainer bringen. Bei der Abnahme würden uns alle Müllsäcke vor die Füße gestellt... Die zusätzlichen Stromkosten von 90€ bei 6 Personen und 4 Tagen Aufenthalt sind absolut übertrieben. Hier wird man frech abgezockt - eine Erklärung vom Vermieter gab es leider nicht. Trotzdessen war es ein toller Aufenthalt!
