The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and the separate annex studio adds 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, perfect for extra privacy. The living room with fireplace, spacious dining area, and fully equipped kitchen make cooking and sharing meals a pleasure. The villa also offers Wi-Fi and a safe.



Outside, you will find a private pool with sun loungers, a terrace with furniture and barbecue to enjoy the sun, outdoor dinners, or simply relax. For cyclists, there is a fully equipped workshop for bike maintenance and repairs.



Convenient location: 10 min from the airport and 15 min from Palma city center, close to restaurants, leisure, and the beach.

All bookings include free consumption of tap water, €50 electricity per booking, and in winter (if the property has it), €50 of non-electric consumption (heating by diesel, gas, or propane). All properties have accessible meters for verification by the guest. Additional consumption costs €0.35/kWh.



This house has air conditioning in four bedrooms and the living room. Two bedrooms do not have air conditioning. There is no central heating, but all air conditioners have heat pump mode.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night (10% VAT included). Guests under 16 are exempt.



All bed linen, a set of bath towels, and beach towels are provided for each guest.



Please note that this villa is located in a residential area and neighbors’ rest must be respected. Noise should be kept moderate. Parties and loudspeakers are strictly prohibited.
