Our room cleanliness was not very good. The top of the tv stand was super dusty. There was hair everywhere. there was a drop of blood on the bathroom floor. the carpet had way too many visual stains. the right hand side of our double sink sprayed water all over me when I turned it on.

Beds were horrible, we both have sore backs now..I felt like my head was down and feet were higher up (on a slant).... Room was small and crowded, one person had to move out of the way to pass one another.... Only one chair in suite, which it needs two chairs for two people at least, Its not very comfortable sitting on the bed. No place to put your cloths when you go to bed, unless you put them on the floor... Thermostat was weird, turn the temp. down to 66 for sleeping and it goes up to 75 temp.

This hotel was a reasonable value. It’s a little dated but clean and everything worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very minimal and really the only complaint I have.

Room was dated, carpet and ceiling had stains, couch had many small rips. That said, property felt secure and had many amenities nearby. Room was cold when we arrived so we played with the temperature a bit, but it ended up very cold overnight - admittedly we may have set it incorrectly. Pool looked nice, but we didn't have a chance to use it. Price was very good, so I would say worth what we paid, but still have to mention that the room itself would benefit from some updates.

The rooms were clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. So that was good. The pool was very cold. The breakfast was not great, there was like 2 yogurts in the fridge when I came down. And no coffee in the machine. The breakfast room or in the lobby. My friend and I both booked at the same time and for some reason they only charged bed 94$ for her night and I was charged 124$.

Great budget option while working in Lloydminster. Friendly staff is doing everything they can to keep this ageing hotel in shape. If you manage your expectations and keep the price in mind you’ll be happy. The breakfast options are limited, but there’s always a hot option and the staff is great. The gym equips broken, but the stairs always work!😜 I’m there to work, so keep the price low and feed me. I’ll be happy.
