We got there the front desk lady was to busy talking on her cell phone to great me. Got up to the room and she didn’t even know what side of the hotel our room was. Got to the room and opened up the blankets and there was a band aid stuck to the blanket. Called and complained. Not happy at all

The staff who booked me was really great. The facility itself is a little run down, our doors had visible damage previously and then new locks put on which made me a little uneasy. The hot tub was out of service which was one of the reasons of booking here so that was a let down. There were barely any towels in the pool area as well, we had 2 for our family of 4, called for more towels and only a few more brought down but there were more people using the pool at this point. The breakfast is very simple (coffee, cereal, couple fruits, wraps in the fridge to warm up?), preferred to eat out. For the price, I don’t think this will be my go to stay in Lloyd.

Room are very old and outdated, pictures look much nicer then in person, main choice for hotel selection was for hot tub, which was not working, they did say they notified Expedia of it, so not sure who mislead here.

Very disappointed that the hot tub was not working and has not been working for many months. We drove 5 1/2 hours to use a hot tub pool and check out the new casino in Lloydminster. The room was good. Staff was good. Breakfast was also very good.
