Enjoy your vacation at our Farm «Casa de Puri»! The farm is located in the center of Mallorca, in a very quiet area, very close to the town of Lloseta.



The exterior is very well cared for and maintained, with a large private pool, with 2 sun loungers and a table with chairs to enjoy the pleasant Mallorcan climate.

This cozy country house is decorated with great care, clad in stone and preserving the original materials. A cozy covered terrace at the entrance of the house provides shade and invites you to enjoy pleasant evenings and barbecues thanks to the small outdoor shed with a special charm.

The interior of the house is tastefully decorated in a rustic style. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and is very spacious. From the kitchen, there is also direct access to the pool area.



The living room and one of the three bedrooms have air conditioning and are oriented towards the northeast, so even in summer, the ambient temperature is pleasant. In total there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower. Additionally, pool towels are provided for all guests in addition to the bath towels.



The property is very well located, it is quiet and is only 6 km from the beautiful Tramuntana mountains. The town of Lloseta can be easily reached on foot. Thanks to its location in the center of the island, you can reach all points of interest by car in just a few minutes, such as the most beautiful beaches, the capital, Palma de Mallorca, and much more.

Beautiful villa- well looked after and thoroughly clean. The owners, whilst they didn’t speak much English were super helpful. The villa had everything and was incredibly beautiful- would certainly consider coming back again

Our stay in losetta

I had a wonderful week here with my daughter and grandchildren. It is quite a drive to get to a beach but we didn’t find this a problem and also you were well positioned to go any direction which was good. Pool lovely and owners very attentive if anything g was wrong and any problems sorted out the same day! Would highly recommend this villa.

Villa in Lloseta

Quiet location in central Mallorca with easy access to main roads. 5min drive to Inca, and about 15-20min drive to Palma, Pollensa, Sa Pobla etc. The villa is spacious with 3 living rooms and 3 bedrooms. There is a pleasant garden with a large pool (about 8x4m) and a large covered terrace and barbecue for eating outside. There is air conditioning in the kitchen and the main bedroom only, with fans in the other 2 bedrooms. Puri and Paco are lovely hosts, providing a welcome pack of fruit and drink on arrival, and occasionally fresh produce from the garden. Thank you for a very nice stay.

A superior villa for all the family to enjoy.

The pool is beautiful, the house spacious and well-kept, and the air-conditioned kitchen our favourite place during the hot summer weather! The pool is regularly re-filled and cleaned, and we often found fresh vegetables and eggs left for us in the morning. Yes, it takes longer to get to the beaches, but this is a fantastic place to stay and we all loved it.

Das Haus ist toll, um sich abseits des Touristenrummels zu erholen. Unsere beiden Kinder haben den fantastischen Pool genossen, die Lage ist perfekt. Mit einem Auto ist man innerhalb 30 Minuten am Strand oder im Gebirge.

Traumhaft!!!

Wir waren jeden Tag begeistert, wie schön diese Finca ist. Die Besitzern haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und danach haben wir jeden Tag hier genossen. Viel Liebe zum Detail überall. Die Finca an sich ist typisch mallorquinisch, schöne Küche, tolles Wohnzimmer und 3 Schlafzimmern. Riesiger Garten mit Pool, total umzäunt, perfekt für Kindern. Wer Ruhe sucht und trotzdem in guter Lage sein möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Man ist in 20 Minuten am Flughafen und in 25 Minuten am Strand von Alcudia und Muro. Perfekt.

The property was stunning and well looked after. The owners didn't speak much english but were very friendly and attentive- including the fresh eggs and vegetables that gave us in the mornings which were incredible. Not much to do in Losetta but lots of stuff a short drive away- everything very accessible. I would highly recommend this villa and would love to return ourselves

Rundum perfekt!

Die Finca ist wunderschön gelegen, in der Nähe des Ortes Lloseta. Die zentrale Lage im Herzen Mallorcas ermöglicht es sowohl schnell am nächsten Strand als auch im wunderschönen Tramuntana-Gebirge zu sein. Perfekter Ort um einen Mix aus Wander- und Badeurlaub zu verbringen. Der Pool ist wunderschön und durch die freistehende Lage und die blickdichten Hecken/Sträucher/Zäune nicht durch andere Leute einsehbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und haben uns zuweilen frische Früchte (Granatäpfel, Feigen) auf die Veranda gelegt. Einziger kleiner Abstrich- wofür die Vermieter aber nichts können - ist das zeitweise sehr intensive Gebell von den Hunden der Nachbarn. Uns hat der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Einfach toll

Seit zwei Tagen sind wir wieder zu Hause und wir würden sofort wieder in "unsere" Finca Puri wollen. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet von den Besitzern und fühlten uns die 2 Wochen richtig, richtig wohl. Der Garten und im Haus ist alles liebevoll zurecht gemacht und angelegt und der Pool...wunderschön. Jeden zweiten Tag kam Perez, Morgens, zum Pool sauber machen. Manches mal haben wir ihn gar nicht mitbekommen. Er brachte uns frisch gepflückte Feigen und trotz das die Besitzer kein Englisch und Deutsch sprechen klappte die Verständigung. Unser bald 3jähriger Enkel hat immer was zu entdecken gehabt mit uns und seinen Eltern. Es ist viel Platz zum rumrennen draußen. Die Lage der Finca und dem Ort Lloseta ist prima. Schnell ist man mit dem Auto in Palma (25min). Zu den Stränden um Alcudia ca 30min. Ins Tramuntana Gebirge und bis rüber zur Küste ca 1Std. Nach Inca 5min. Fazit: Ganz freundliche Besitzer. Prima Lage um die Insel zu erkunden. Eine Fina zum wohl fühlen und wirklich Urlaub machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ganz lieben Dank nochmals an die Besitzer. Auch mit der Agentur hat alles bestens geklappt. Auch dafür Danke.

Wunderschöne Finca mitten in der Natur

Die Finca liegt am Ortsrand von Lloseta nahe der Stadt Inca. Das Grundstück ist umgeben von Mandelbäumen. Die nächsten Gebäude auf den benachbarten Grundstücken sind etwa 50 - 100 m entfernt. Das Haus war einwandfrei sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Garten ist liebevoll mit den verschiedensten Früchten, Gemüsesorten, Kräutern und sonstigem bepflanzt. Das benachbarte Industriegebiet ist auf dem Grundstück eigentlich nicht wahrnehmbar. Der tolle Pool ist ein Traum zum entspannen. Wenn man die Ruhe abseits von Palma und anderen Touristenorten sowie einen guten Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Insel sucht, ist man in dieser Finca genau richtig. Die Vermieter sprechen leider kein englisch, waren jedoch sehr freundlich und die Verständigung hat trotzdem irgendwie funktioniert. Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Woche in dieser Finca und ich würde sie jedem empfehlen.

Schöne Finca, sehr nette Vermieter.

Wir haben die Finca in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vorgefunden, als Willkommensgeschenk stellten uns die Eigentümer einen riesigen Obstkorb, Bier und Wein zur Verfügung. Jeden zweiten Tag kamen die Besitzer um die Tiere (Hühner und Tauben) zu füttern, den Pool zu reinigen und den Müll zu entsorgen. Sie gaben uns selbst angebaute Feigen und eigene Hühnereier. Da wir zu viert waren hatten wir reichlich Platz. Die Kommunikation verlief (trotz Verständigungsprobleme) reibungslos. Auch eine verspätete Anreise war kein Problem. Die Firma Ideal Property Mallorca kümmerten sich sehr gut um uns. Wir würden wieder diese Finca wählen.

Eine richtig tolle Finca

Wir waren 2 Wochen in den Pfingstferien in der Finca. Sie ist sehr geräumig und das Haus sowie der Garten sind liebevoll eingerichtet bzw. gestaltet. Die Vermieter verstehen leider nur Spanisch, aber wir haben es trotzdem geschafft uns gut mit ihnen zu verständigen und sie sind super nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wieder hinfahren. Alle 2 Tage kommt der Vermieter und füttert die Tiere und reinigt den Pool. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Un séjour reussi et trés apprecié .

Au centre de l'ile cette demeure avec son charme méditerranéen ne peut pas laisser insensible, très bien agencée et très bien entretenue . L'accueil des propriétaires nous a vraiment touché, ils nous ont fait profiter de leur produits . A recommander pour savourer pleinement le charme de l'ile de Majorque .
