One bedroom is on the ground floor and four are located on the upper floor, with 3 full bathrooms and a spacious dining room with an open kitchen. Outside, you'll find a private pool to cool off during hot summer days, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture to enjoy barbecue meals.Its interior has a radiant floor system ideal for maintaining a warm and uniform temperature in the winter months.This beautiful property stands out for its quiet location, away from city noise and traffic. It is well-connected by motorway to Palma and the main tourist spots on the island. A perfect choice for spending your holidays in Mallorca.
