Simple house with private pool in a quiet neighborhood only 2.5km from the beautiful beach of Canyelles, 6km from Lloret del Mar town centre and 8km from Tossa del Mar, one of the most charming towns on the costa Brava! This house is ideal for spending holidays with family or friends on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity 7 people. Outdoor space of 800m2 with garden and pool (7x3.5) with beautiful views of the mountain, sheltered terrace where you will be able to enjoy poolside breakfasts and meals, barbecue area and parking for 1 car. One level internal area of 100m2 with dining/living room with TV, satellite, DVD, fireplace and direct access to the garden and the private pool. Equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge, washing machine), 1 double bedroom (140x200cm bed), 2 bedroom with 2 single beds each (90x180cm beds ) and (80x180cm beds), 1 single bedroom (80x190cm bed), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.
