This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity 6 people. Part of a quiet development with communal garden and pool, near all services, shops and restaurants. Garage. It consists of a living/dining room with tv, sofa bed for 2 people and direct access to a large and lovely terrace (32m2) where you can enjoy nice meals in the sun. Equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dischwasher, oven and toaster), 1 bedroom with one double bed (150x190cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower place. Kitchen and bathroom habe been updated.

Appartement très bien situé, propreté moyenne, manque beaucoup de choses dans cet appartement tapis salle de bain, poubelle salle de bain, miroir, ustensiles de cuisine, transat sur la terrasse serait un plus.
Il serait bon d'indiquer le système ouverture portail parking pour sortir du stationnement.
Si problème, personne ne prend en compte notre demande
