Villa Birkin is a very impressive and luxurious detached 4-bedroom villa with private pool. From Villa Birkin, you can enjoy stunning views across the Mediterranean. The villa benefits from a private parking area and is located on a quiet street in a residential neighbourhood, which is only used by local traffic.


 
Villa Birkin has a total living space of 300m2 and is located below street level. Steps lead down to the entrance which is located on the third floor. Here you will find the luxurious living room with air-con, flat screen TV and DVD player, as well as the fully equipped open plan kitchen and a bathroom. On the ground floor you will find a 2nd living area featuring a snooker table, as well as 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The second floor houses a further 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The luxuriously decorated interior of the villa is light and has a modern atmosphere, as well as free Wi-Fi. The bathrooms and bedrooms are all modern and luxuriously equipped. From the living room, the kitchen and four of the bedrooms, you have access to the balcony.


 
At the rear of the villa is the private pool (which can be reached by a few steps down) and the beautifully landscaped garden. From the landscaped (covered) terraces around the pool you can enjoy the stunning sea views and the Spanish sun. Due to its quiet location and spacious design and with the beach only 3 km away, this villa is ideal for families who want to be surrounded by luxury during their holiday!
 

Your villa’s surroundings
 Villa Birkin is located in the Spanish Costa Brava region, and can be found a short distance from the cosmopolitan resort of Lloret. The Costa Brava has a total length of about 100 kilometres and runs from Blanes to Port Bou near the French border. Due to its ideal location, the Costa Brava is a very popular destination for tourists who go on holiday by car.
 

In several fishing villages in this region you can still find remains from Roman times, with the showpiece being the castle of Tossa de Mar. The Romans, in their time, had already noticed that the “Rugged Coast”, i.e. the Costa Brava, was a perfect place to stay.



The Costa Brava enjoys a wonderful Mediterranean climate which ensures that in the winter months the temperature rarely drops below zero degrees, while in summer it is around 30 degrees. As the climate is mild, it is possible to enjoy the extraordinarily beautiful rocky coastline and the various sandy beaches that the Costa Brava offers at all times of the year.



The extremely hospitable and friendly nature of the locals, the rich historical culture, the beautiful wooded surroundings and the varied cuisine, ensure that the Costa Brava is a holiday region which has much to offer its visitors.
 

Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 30) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
