Lloret de Mar is a lively resort where you can experience the magnificent beach and nightlife and can entertain yourself in the charming alleys. For more serenity, step further inland, and visit typical Spanish villages where you can mix the friendly locals. Definitely take a look around the authentic Spanish town of Tossa de Mar. It is built around a medieval castle and is characterized by imposing towers and walls. In the narrow streets you will find some excellent seafood restaurants. Enjoying the good life will get a whole new meaning. Girona will certainly not leave you wanting on your quest for landmarks. This is a beautiful city with lots of romantic spots along the river Onyar. Nature also provides plenty of bounty; rugged coastlines and green hills that are perfect for trekking or cycling. Furthermore, there are golf courses, a water park, a dolphinarium, riding schools and sports centres that are among the many features of this amazing region.
