Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house came incredibly clean, the check in and check out process was easy and quick, the amenities were a lot of fun, we particularly enjoyed the pool and the billiard table. Communication with the owner (Toni) was great! Very quick responses and super helpful. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and host.

Ideal for golfers

Toni was a great host and explained the house and the area perfectly for us. His pin board with contact numbers and places to go was ideal. The set allows for a large party to stay at the house and enjoy the day by the pool and BBQ or return after the golf to relax and unwind playing pool or the other games provided. The sleeping arrangements cater for a large all male party in separate beds which is ideal for us golfers. The courses around the area are all within an hours drive so a full weeks golf is easily managed.

Vacances magnifiques, emplacement ideal car proche du centre. La villa est tres spacieuse et agréable mais mériterait un peu de rafraîchissement et de modernité pour le prix,c est dommage car c est une tres jolie maison. Ca ne nous a pas empêchés de passer de tres bonnes vacances, la piscine au top. Juste un bémol, la climatisation manque , même si les ventilateurs plafonniers sont presents ca ne suffit pas, les nuits sont tres chaudes! Merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa discretion!

Perfekt stort hus för flera familjer eller träningsgrupper

Fantastisk bra hus med fin utsikt. Vi har fått ett mycket bra bemötande. Huset har all utrustning man behöver för en semester eller ett träningsläger. Vi är mycket nöjda och kommer att komma tillbaka. Tack för allt!

Tres bon voyage, maison propre et fonctionnelle avec plusieurs jeux à disposition ( baby-foot, billard, ping pong, poker… ). Le propriétaire est fiable et très gentil mais un peu trop intrusif ( arrivé imprévu à 9h du matin et à minuit ) seul défaut. Sinon tout est parfait merci encore

La casa estaba muy bien, bien equipada, si que es verdad que es como una urbanización que esta rodeada de vecinos, pero los vecinos no se han quejado ni nada, son bastante permisivos, el casero ha sido muy majo, ha tenido muy buen trato. La tendremos en cuenta para próximas casas.

Location conforme à la description.tres beaux volumes. Emplacement ideal. Interlocuteur tres gentil aux petits soins nous avons grandement apprecié. Relaxing weekend

We went with a group of friends to spend the weekend and we had a blast. The house is located uphill which provides for excellent views and an amazing sunset. The amenities are great; the pool table, the futbolin and the ping pong table are all in good condition and we had lots of fun. The landlord, Toni, is a very nice host. He answered all my questions clearly and honestly.

Tolle Lage abseits vom Trubel

Das Haus liegt etwa drei Kilometer vom Zentrum Lloret de Mar entfernt. Es bietet ein sehr großes Grundstück mit einem tollen Pool. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Zu der Zeit als wir da waren konnten wir Feigen vom eigenen Baum pflücken. Im Wohnbereich gibt es vier Schlafzimmer. Eines mit zwei Etagenbetten, eines mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett, eines mit einem franz. Doppelbett und eines mit einem großen Doppelbett. Im dem Raum mit den drei Betten gibt es leider nur einen Schrank. Im Raum mit den zwei Etagenbetten ist der Schrank auch eher für zwei Personen geeignet, als für 4. Aber als Familie ist es okay. Da kann man die Sachen ja auch etwas verteilen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach und zweckmäßig. In der großen Küche gibt es ausreichend Teller und Besteck. Auch Töpfe sind genug vorhanden. Oberflächlich war das Haus sauber. Leider war das Geschirr nicht richtig sauber, was wahrscheinlich auch damit zusammenhing, dass die Spülmaschine nicht sauber spült. Da sollte mal nach geschaut werden. Ansonsten alles gut und ein wirklich wunderschöner Blick vom Balkon, den wir sehr genossen haben.

Conforme à la description et aux autres commentaires !

Nous étions 7 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âge (1 & 3 ans). La villa est conforme à la description. Le propriétaire Toni est vraiment sympathique,disponible et de très bon conseil pour les activités à voir/faire. Le quartier est situé dans les hauteurs de Lloret de Mar, vues sur mer et montagne sublimes. Seul bémol contre lequel personne ne peut rien, les aboiements incessants des chiens (surtout la nuit !). Merci encore Toni pour ces belles vacances en famille !

Great house, great time!

We were here for a 4 day stag party. The house offers all what you need to have a great time. If you just want to have calm holidays it´s also a good place to spend time. Unfortunately the swimming pool is not a heated one, but it wasn´t something I asked before booking. Toni is a helpful guy, you can always call him. Thank you for all!

Ottima casa per gruppi di persone, molto spaziosa soprattutto all'esterno. Obbligatorio muoversi con taxi/scooter altrimenti per arrivare in spiaggia a piedi ci vorrebbe un'oretta. Unica pecca é la piscina che rimane un po sporca in superficie a causa di due alberi vicini. Tutto sommato ottima casa.

Responsable du groupe de 13 jeune avec lequel j'ai séjourné dans cette villa, je vous la conseille fortement. Le propriétaire est sympa, disponible et à l'écoute. La villa est très bien équipée, spacieuse et impossible de s'ennuyer. Je vous recommande sans hésitation cette villa.

Je voudrais d'abord dire que le gérant Mr Tony peris gubau, est un homme trés serviable, trés sympathique, bon conseiller et accueillant. La maison est vaste et spatieuse, le parc élégant et vaste, la piscine est trés bien sécurisée. Nous sommes trés satisfait de ce séjour, peut-etre y reviendrons nous plus tard... Merci a Tony

Jolie villa

Nous avons passer une semaine en Octobre 2015 dans cette jolie villa. Les plus : - Grande capacité (de 10 à 14 personnes max) - Mobilier simple mais fonctionnel. - Belle vue sur la mer et sur la montagne de l'autre coté. - La villa se situe dans les hauteurs de la ville, dans un quartier résidentiel calme. - Proximité avec Barcelone (a 1h environ au départ de Blanes pour environ 8€ aller-retour). - Nombreux équipements (lave linge, lave vaisselle, billard, ping-pong, babyfoot,...) - Piscine privée, et jardin clôturé et bien entretenu. - Propriétaire agréable et disponible (qui heureusement parle mieux français que nous espagnol ). - Barbecue. - A proximité de tout (super marché, hôpital, essence, mer, montagne , etc !) - Jeunes responsables sont les bienvenue Les moins : - L'isolation phonique (et peut être thermique, mais difficile d'en juger à cette époque de l'année). - Vaisselle à refaire (on a du acheter un couteau qui taille et une pince pour le barbecue). - Propreté des canapé et tapis de bain, un simple lavage en machine ne ferrait pas de mal. - Ce n'est ni la faute du propriétaire, ni celle de la villa, mais les aboiements sont incessant ! - Pas d'accès internet. - Certaines options trop chères. En conclusion LLoret de Mar est une ville bien situé sur la Costa Brava, et je recommande cette jolie villa, surtout pour les groupe nombreux
