Lloret duplex satisfait

Séjour agréable. Nous avons apprécié : grand appartement duplex situé au 1er étage avec accès à un jardin privatif sans vis à vis, en plein centre-ville à 800 mètres de la plage à pied et à proximité des commerces. La propriétaire parle français, est gentille et réactive. Nous regrettons : pas de parking (il faudra compter en moyenne 90€ par semaine pour un parc de stationnement), des sanitaires vétustes, pas de ventilateurs, un Wifi rarement accessible et pas de barrière de sécurité pour les enfants en bas age pour le jardin.

Bel appartement, très bien placé en centre ville

Très bon séjour passé à Lloret. 5 min de la plage et des commodités. Isabel est très gentille et accueillante, l'appartement est spacieux et propre en général (la vaisselle était un peu sale, et de la poussière dans les coins, ce qui rends un peu cher les 150e de frais de ménage néanmoins). L'appartement est assez grand pour 7, le jardin est à notre entière disposition (une table un peu plus grande serait un plus). Appartement peu isolé à côté d un hôtel bruyant, mais pas de bruits la nuit. La caution a été remboursée sans soucis. Bémol : pas de place de parking privée et pas de place dans les rues alentours, nous étions garées dans un parking gratuit à plus de 5 min de marche de l'appartement.

Appartement bien équipé, propre et très bien situé avec un très beau jardin réservé aux locataires. Seul petit bémol, l'appartement est situé à coté d'un hôtel bruyant (musique forte à partir de 10H du matin).. A conseiller pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille.

Lloret de hell with ISABEL

Arrival: So first off the moment we arrived the owner of the house (Isabel) didn’t even greet us politely. She directly started talking about a fine if we make too much noise or take someone with us. For some reason she also expected us to be with 9 girls and said that she prefers that the opposite sexes don’t sleep in the same room. She has no right to tell me or my roommates in which room we may/may not sleep as we have paid for the house and it doesn’t tell anywhere that those are the “rules”. Besides that she would take her time in giving the wifi password or an astray for the smokers. If your looking for an house with good wifi this is NOT the house as the wifi is terrible. The rooms/House itself: The moment we came inside we noticed that it wasn’t really clean, it wasn’t a pigsty BUT it wasn’t clean. They were a lot of ants in the house, in the wardrobes, our clothes were full of ants the first day. We noticed that the house isn’t in a good state some pieces of the wall are broken,not all lights work, the shower would sometimes only have COLD WATER, you can hear EVERYTHING from outside even if the doors are closed and everything was quite fragile. We told her about this the first day and at first she was denying everything but after showing her the damage to her house that was impossible to do In such a short amount of time she quietly admitted that it already was like that and left. Besides that I don’t think she invested time in anything really for example The house is meant for 8 people but she only leaves 4 decent chairs so we had to use chairs from other rooms to eat at the dining table. The only good thing about the house is that its near the center. The owner of the house: Very strict and rude but didn’t/couldn’t complain a lot about anything. Lives one floor above us so she watches us whenever she felt like doing it. A day before we left she suddenly decided to give us a cake, we appreciated that so we did our best to leave the place the same way we came here, we folded the bed sheets, cleaned everything and left no dirt around. In return she gave us a nasty reply complaining that we shouldn’t have folded the sheets and blankets, that’s it was very dirty even though we left no dirt or stains behind. She also decided the send us out of the house at 09:30 AM while it said on the website that we had to be out at 10:00 AM. Conclusion: I WOULD NOT BOOK HERE SHE NEVER GAVE US OUR DAMAGE DEPOSIT BACK SO ITS A NO GO ZONE

Apartment Lloret de Mar

The apartment was large and very central - 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops. Isabel is very friendly and helpful, once you actually get into the building which was a bit of an issue as all the intercom doorbells have been disabled, so we had to call her mobile to let her know we had arrived. Therefore, it's absolutely necessary to make sure you have that number with you!! The apartment is up two flights of stairs which, again, was a bit of a problem for us as we had an elderly (quite heavy) dog with us who can't climb stairs so needed to be carried up every time we took her for a walk. Isabel had told us there was a garden for the dog, so we had wrongly assumed that the apartment was on the ground floor. It would have been nice to have this information prior to booking because it did cause some difficulties, particularly since the steps down to the very pretty, but astro-turfed garden were fire escape type which I think any dog would have balked at going down. However, there was a very nice park only about 3 or 4 minutes walk away so we were able to use that. On the whole, the apartment would have been great if we had not had the dog with us. It was spacious, central and very quiet. We loved Lloret at Christmas-time - the weather was perfect, there were shops and restaurants open although it was not busy, and the people were lovely. Perhaps there should be a lot more detailed information available on the website?
