Precious house with a private pool located in a residential area just 2.5 km from the beautiful and tranquil Canyelles beach, 5 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 8 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 6 people.
Exterior area of 550 m2 with garden and private pool, barbecue, a spacious terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun and parking space.
Interior area of 120 m2 with living-dining room with TV and terrace access, equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, fridge), 2 bedrooms with double bed (one of them with balcony access), 1 bedroom with two single beds and 2 full bathrooms.
Young people accepted upon request. The house is located near a campsite.
Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches.
Regulations and special bond for young people:
A cash deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments shall be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00 are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.
