House with a private pool and beautiful sea views located in a very quiet residential area, just 5 km from the lovely and peaceful Canyelles beach, 6 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 7 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Outdoor area of 700 m2 with a private pool (8x4m) and a barbecue area where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals with beautiful sea views.

Interior area of 200 m2 built on two floors: Lower floor with living-dining room with satellite TV from where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the mountain, open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven), one single bedroom (90 x 190 bed) and a toilet. On the upper floor we find 1 double bedroom (150x190cm), 3 bedrooms with beds each (90x190cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.

Optional heating with supplement: (100 €/week).

- Pets upon request and with a supplement of £35/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned one week later by bank transfer.

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sun loungers can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and lovely beaches.



Group bookings for young people accepted only upon prior request.



Regulations and special deposit for young people:

A cash deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00h are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Haus mit tollem Blick

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und der Pool sehr schön und Anfang Oktober auch noch zum Baden geeignet. Auch wenn man lange bergauf fahren muss: man hat einen traumhaften Blick von oben. Zwei kleine Hinweise: Fliegengitter gegen die Mücken wären hilfreich und eine der drei Toiletten spült nicht richtig. Ansonsten ist das Haus super!

Casa e localização magnífica

A estadia correu bem, apesar de termos tido um problema com a limpeza sobre tudo dos utensílios da cozinha. A dona do apartamento foi muito gentíl e prestável na resolução de alguns problemas que surgiram. Como maior desvantagem, referimos que a empresa que faz gestão do apartamento está fechada ao fim de semana (e nós chegamos num sexta-feira à noite) pelo que qualquer problema que surja no fim-de-semana fica complicado de resolver. Como pontos desegadáveis, assinala-se a limpeza da cozinha e alguns utensílios em mau estado (partidos, não funcionais, etc). Por exemplo, havia panelas guardadas com gordura (manteiga??), eletrodomésticos avariados, etc. Chamamos a atenção à empresa que faz a gestão do apartamento que desvalorizou o sucedido pois eles podiam enviar uma pessoa para voltar a fazer a limpeza do apartamento. Explicarmos que essa situação não fazia sentido pois tivemos que limpar toda a cozinha no fim de semana para a podermos utilizar. A resposta deles foi que então já não havia mais nada a fazer... a interação com a agência foi uma desilusão... Enquanto estivemos a ser atendidos, reparamos que havia outro casal a queixar-se do mesmo noutro apartamento.

Agréable séjour à Lloret au mois de mai. Superbe villa bien équipée et au calme (sauf quand vois avez des voisins étrangers qui mettent la musique à fond toute la journée).

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kinder davon 2 Kleinkinder in dem Haus. Es war sehr schön und wie beschrieben. Da es auf dem Berg liegt haben wir die mitgebrachten Räder nicht genutzt. Aber haben es auch nicht vermisst. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

excellent sejour.maison tres spacieuse

Nous étions les premiers à ouvrir la saison car la maison était un peu fraiche à notre arrivée . Magnifique vue sur la mer et la piscine quand on est dans les pièces de vie ou les chambres parentales. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit déjeuner en extérieur et profiter du soleil du matin. La maison est très bien équipée et le jardin magnifique ( très bien entretenu).
