Beautiful house with private pool and sea views located in a very quiet residential area, just 4 km from the lovely and peaceful Canyelles beach, 6 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 8 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Outdoor area of 600m2 with garden and private pool (8 x 4m), terrace with beautiful sea views where you can enjoy meals and dinners outdoors, brick barbecue and parking.

Interior area of 100 m2 with living-dining room with satellite TV and Hi-Fi, equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine), 2 double bedrooms (135x200cm), 1 room with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and 2 bathrooms.

Free WIFI connection.

Optional heating with supplement: 50 €/week.

Youth groups not accepted.

This property is only for families. Bookings from young people under 35 are not accepted.

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sun loungers can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and lovely beaches.



Conditions for groups



- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Beautiful Views and Pool

We had a lovely family holiday, the views from this property are amazing. The pool is very clean and we had great fun using it. The BBQ was a welcome addition as well. We cooked on this most evenings. The only slight issue was the two single beds may need a new mattresses. Not very comfortable but easily sorted and wouldn’t stop us going back.

The property has some positives—fantastic views, a nice pool, and smooth check-in/check-out. However, we’re leaving a 3-star review because the listing was misleading. This is not a standalone house but two separate units. We stayed in the upper one, which was not as well-maintained as the lower.Photos appear outdated or heavily edited. The gardens are overrun with weeds, and missing trees in the pictures are now just stumps. It doesn't appear that anyone has watered the plants, which are either dead or dying. Outdoor furniture was old, worn, and not as pictured—nice pieces were used by the other unit. Inside, the bedrooms smelled musty, and one bathroom had a strong sewer odor.No A/C (which was disclosed), but opening windows wasn’t an option due to mosquitoes, likely from an unmaintained pond. This made sleeping uncomfortable. A ceiling fan would have helped. The kitchen was dark with mismatched cookware, and the coffee maker didn’t match the listing.There were no welcome touches—no bottled water, coffee, or welcome basket—and we had to rent bed sheets and towels, which we only learned about post-booking. Overall, the property didn’t feel cared for or welcoming. Had we seen accurate photos and a more honest description, we would have looked elsewhere.

Villa Crisantemo mit herrlichen Meerblick

Die Villa hatte einen herrlichen Panoramablick auf Meer und einen schönen Pool mit Liegen zum entspannen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, und sehr nette Gastgeber. Unsere Familie und unserem Hund hat der Urlaub in der Villa Crisantemo sehr gefallen und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Schönes Haus

Top ausgestattetes Haus, sehr sauber. Im Gartenbereich und dem Haus stehen neben dem Pool mehrere Terrassen und Balkone zur Verfügung. Das Haus liegt fast ganz oben auf einem Berg, man kann von dort bis zum Meer sehen. Zum Einkaufen oder in die Stadt benötigt man zwingend ein Auto, auch um zum Strand zu kommen. Wir waren Anfang Mai dort, zu dieser Zeit waren nur wenige Häuser in der Gegend vermietet, dementsprechend war es auch schön ruhig. Wir würden das Haus zur Nebensaison wieder mieten.
