"It should have been so much better. A hotel in an historic building with midetn facilities.The check in staff were friendly, especially the young man who dealt with us, but the process took too long. When we went to the bar, what we assumed to be the head barman (the older person) was incredibly surly. The waiting staff in the restaurant had a couldn't care less attitude, especially the waitress who attended us. The additional charges on thecrestaurant menu were illogical and petty. We assume the poor, unprofessional attitude of the staff stems from the topmanagement "
