The farmhouse was everything we needed and more! The hostess was so easy to reach, and we were able to effectively communicate even before our check-in time to ask questions and coordinate dropping off a few things early, prior to check-in at 3pm. The hostess was so kind and accommodating. The property is lovely and is only a short 10-15-minute drive from wineries, groceries, restaurants, etc. in Kingsland. Bring a swimsuit as they have the heated cowboy pool and there is a crossing of the river a short drive from the house where locals swim and fish. The fire pit was so nice. The house itself fit our group of 7 (6 adults and 1 child) just fine. There are sliding barn doors to close off the room with the twin beds and futon to make it into it's own room at night. Then, the living room has a pull out couch, and the primary bedroom has the king bed. There are two bathrooms but only one has a shower. There is an outdoor shower for after you use the pool. We loved that the property was dog friendly. Just be aware that you will need to keep your dog leashed when outside as there are precious farm cats hanging around. I look forward to staying here again even with just the 3 members of my immediate family. There are options to rent the other lodging accommodations on-site as well for larger groups. Highly recommend this for your stay In Llano County!
