2 bedroom stunning apartment in Llanes

Nice vacation home at the entrance of the village of Llanes in a private development with pool and views of the Sierra del Cuera, barely 500 meters from the highway access.

The beautiful terrace, which you can access directly from the master bedroom, is a great place to sunbathe practically all day and enjoy your meals in the open air, undisturbed.

Due to the convenient location of the accommodation, you can either walk to the center of the village in about 15 minutes or take the car (1 minute). The more than 30 beaches of the municipality are also a maximum of 30 minutes away. In the village of Llanes, the beaches of Sablón, Puerto Chico and Toró await you, with Toró being the closest to the property and a 10-minute walk away.

To the municipal golf course 'La Cuesta', which you can see from the terrace of the apartment, you can drive in just 5 minutes by car. The 18-hole Scottish links-style course is famous in northern Spain for its impressive views of the coast and mountains of eastern Asturias.

Take walks along the cliffs and admire the great views of the Cantabrian Sea from Paseo de San Pedro.

El apartamento está bien comunicado por autovía y con el centro de Llanes a 15 min andando. Dispone de aparcamiento accesible por ascensor y piscina. Nuestra estancia ha estado bien, el único pero ha sido la lavadora que estaba estropeada.

Excellent séjour à Llanes, jolie petite ville de bord de mer dans un écrin vert où paissent vaches et moutons et encadrée de montagnes ! Les habitants sont très sympathiques et, même s'ils ne parlent pas le français font au mieux pour vous rendre service. Nous avons été accueillis à l'appartement par Monica qui a donné gentiment une réponse à toutes nos questions. L'immeuble est plutôt moderne. L'appartement est agréable et fonctionnel, les chambres spacieuses. Le petit jardin est propre et fleuri. Dommage que l'exposition soit est-ouest...et en bordure de route assez fréquentée. Si le prix de la location reste intéressant, il faut compter en supplément 70 € de ménage (pour un couple) et 49 € de charges. A savoir pour ne pas avoir de mauvaise surprise... Nous retournerons avec plaisir dans les Asturies qui nous ont émerveillés.
