Ideal for families or friends who want to have a memorable holiday in the pretty town of Llançà on the Costa Brava. Situated in a quiet area 900 metres from Cau del Llop beach and 2 kms from the town and the shops and restaurants.

To get to the apartment which is on the ground floor, you have to go down some stairs at the side of the house which bring you to a very big terrace with shady porch and outdoor furniture.

Going into the apartment, there is a bright open-plan area which includes an open kitchen and a lounge-dining room with wooden table and 7 chairs, sofa and 1 armchair, coffee table and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, mini oven-grill, filter coffee maker and tableware. There is also a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

There are 2 bedrooms with wardrobes: one big bedroom with a double bed and a fold-up bed and direct access to the terrace, and the other one with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet with the washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The outdoor area includes a very big terrace, shady porch with wooden picnic table and benches, table and chairs and a small garden area. Spectacular views of the sea. Ideal for eating outdoors or just relaxing and enjoying the views.
