To get to the apartment which is on the ground floor, you have to go down some stairs at the side of the house which bring you to a very big terrace with shady porch and outdoor furniture.

Going into the apartment, there is a bright open-plan area which includes an open kitchen and a lounge-dining room with wooden table and 7 chairs, sofa and 1 armchair, coffee table and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, mini oven-grill, filter coffee maker and tableware. There is also a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

There are 2 bedrooms with wardrobes: one big bedroom with a double bed and a fold-up bed and direct access to the terrace, and the other one with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet with the washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The outdoor area includes a very big terrace, shady porch with wooden picnic table and benches, table and chairs and a small garden area. Spectacular views of the sea. Ideal for eating outdoors or just relaxing and enjoying the views.

The house is located in the Fener de Dalt residential area, about 900 metres from Cau del Llop beach and 2 km from the town centre.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
