Ideal for two families or friends who want to have a memorable holiday together in the pretty town of Llançà on the Costa Brava. Situated in a quiet area 900 metres from Cau del Llop beach and 2 kms from the town and the shops and restaurants.
The house is divided into 2 separate apartments, one on the first floor at street level, and the other on the ground floor which you reach by going down some stairs. In front of the house is a private area for parking cars.
Upstairs apartment
Going into the top apartment for 4 people, there is a bright open space where the lounge-dining room is, with a sofa, coffee table, TV, dining table and 4 chairs and cupboards. This room has large windows and leads directly out to the terrace with views. From the dining area, you go into the kitchen which is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, dishwasher, Philips Senseo coffee capsule machine, filter coffee and tableware.
This apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, one of which has direct access to the terrace. There is 1 bathroom with a shower, sink and washing machine, and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels.
On the terrace there is a small table and 2 chairs and spectacular views of the sea and coast. To one side of the terrace there is a spiral staircase which leads to the terrace of the downstairs apartment.
Downstairs apartment
To get to the apartment on the ground floor which is for 4 people, you have to go down some stairs at the side of the house which bring you to a very big terrace with shady porch and outdoor furniture.
Going into this apartment, there is a bright open-plan area which includes an open kitchen and a lounge-dining room with wooden table and 6 chairs, sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, mini oven-grill, filter coffee maker and tableware. There is also a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
There are 2 bedrooms with wardrobes: one very big bedroom with a double bed and a fold-up bed and direct access to the terrace, and the other one with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet with the washing machine. Bed linen and towels.
