Spacious duplex apartment is located in the center of Ljubljana on art-nouveau Tavčarjeva ulica street, where are many attractive boutiques and court nearby. It is in the attic (4th floor) of the three-storey traditional building with an elevator access to the 3rd floor and then stairways to 4th floor. From the apartment to the main square in the historical centre is only 400 m.

Apartment has spacious anteroom, which leads directly to open living room with comfortable sofas, one of them can also be made into a bed (130 x 200 cm), writing desk, TV and dinning corner. Kitchen is equipped with large refrigerator, steel/ceramic oven, stove. In the lower floor there is also a half bathroom with a toilette, washing machine and also a smaller bedroom with single sofa bed (80x200 cm). Wooden stairs leads from living room to upper floor, where a master bedroom is with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is air-conditioned and fully equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, towels, linen, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, telephone, CATV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access.

Arrival takes place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departure up to 10:00. Guests are welcomed in person. For late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00 there is an additional fee of 30,00 EUR or self-check-in option free of charge. For arrival after 24:00 only self-check-in option is available.

The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).
