Wanted to have dinner while supercharging my car, but dinner lasted too long (90minutes), even I asked twice to speed it up. But food was excellent. Service could do it a bit faster, they are simply too often disappearing in the kitchen or in the bar.

A nice one.. Modern design, professional stuff, very good breakfast. A bit outside the center but very convenient, as long as you are with a car. The VIP room I had was nice. The atmosphere of young people, business people and some international groups making it a "live place".

Interesting building. Looks and feels like a repurposed shopping mall. Interesting layout. Quiet enough, except for air conditioning system. Rattled a bit. Whistled a bit. We had to hit it with a hangar out of the closet to make it quiet, but then it was ok.

Having travelled to around 40 countries I know a good hotel within minutes of arrival and Four Points by Sheraton at Ljubljana is top of the range in its class. Well sited off the E 61 highway as a base for exploring Slovenia, It's spacious and modern in design and spotlessly clean throughout. Four Points was hard to leave and lovely to return to after a day out. But what makes the hotel special is the outstanding service from all the staff. They are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and always ready to help. Their English is perfect. They are the kind of people you would be glad to welcome into your own home. They made my stay memorable. The bedroom was roomy and warm with easy-to-operate lights and efficient WiFi. The mattresses that offered the right balance between comfort and support for a refreshing night's sleep, Ask for a room at the back if you want a great forest view. Four Points is great for guests with cars, but I found the one-day tour booked through reception excellent. Lake Bled with its central island is unmissable as are the Postojna Caves with their amazing stalactites and stalagmites. A troll through the walkable town plus a funicular trip to the fascinating castle with its panoramic views made a perfect day out. Reception will book taxis for you and put it on your bill for your convenience if you wish. The breakfast offers a generous range of hot and cold food and drinks. The chef will cook some egg and meat dishes to your order. There was hearty bacon and eggs as well as fruit and pastries. Dinner in the restaurant consisted of mostly traditional Slovenian meat and fish, and plenty of salads were on offer. A range of local wines and tasty local draught beers and international alcohol was available as well as fruit juice. The bar served excellent burgers on a delicious rye bun. Room service looked tempting too. This is basically a business hotel so stay downtown for clubs and nightlife. For a quieter stay while you tour Slovenia you can't beat the Four Points.

Arrived late here, having driven from the UK, the hotel is out of town with nothing within walking distance but the staff were very helpful, the bar was kept open and they offered food. The hotel is big, it feels like a conference hotel, a little spread out and definitely not boutique, but is definitely run to a high standard, it's colourful and manages to pull a quality feel off whilst being good value for money, the room was big and well specced. The concierge was very helpful, he spent a fair amount of time pointing out where to park, where to go, what to ask for etc. Our stay was pleasant, great value and we'd stay there again for sure

Nice hotel in the middle of Slovenian forest and very close to the City Center. Airport at a short distance and easy access via highway. Rooms comfortable and robust breakfast plus a happy hour at bar, can make your stay more relaxed.

This was a great deal for SPG members. It's a Category 1 which for us meant that the stay was only 2000 SPG points per night. At booking we were looking for a room for 2 adults and 2 kids (under 12). All the rooms had either one queen or two twins and are of similar size (so we hear). I don't think there are any rooms with two queens (which we're kind of used to coming from the US). We were upgraded to a room with 1 king and a forest view. Extra beds for kids are about 40€ per night (each), but kids stay free if you use existing bedding. Knowing that the room sizes in Europe tend to be smaller we tried to be prepared. We brought sleeping pads and sleeping bags for our two kids rather than booking a second room. The staff was friendly and everyone spoke english extremely well (we found this to be true of all the venders in the city as well). The hotel was very clean and modern. Parking was plentiful and the hotel is easy to find. It's right off the freeway and there are street signs indicating the way. Ljubljana Center is only about a 5-10 min drive (just a few miles) from the hotel. If you don't have a car the Taxi ride is 6€. The concierge provided maps and recommendations of things to do and pointed us to an underground parking garage nearly in the heart of the city. This was our first time in Slovenia and we were pleasantly surprised by the vibrant life in the capital city. The drive to Lake Bled from the hotel was about 35-40 minutes. When we turned out the lights to go to bed, the kids were surprised by the stars and milky way that illuminated the ceiling. I don't know if this happens in every room, but the ceiling was painted in glow-in-the-dark fluorescent paint to mimic the stars at night. That was a fun feature for the kids.

hotel have very good relation for bisiness meetings especialy if you visiting with cars ar come from airport. Its dislocated from ce ter of city but taxi have reasonable price. Rooms a d meeting rooms are nicecwith natural lights.

We have visited this hotel several times and it goes worse and worse - in terms of staff & services & design & atmosphere & quest attitude etc. The only advantage is the location when you don´t want to go to the city.

The hotel is near the highway, easily to reach even if a little far from down town. The rooms are very quiet and silent; new, clean and spacious. Breakfast is plentiful and all the staff is very kind and pleasant.
