Access to the apartment denied after booking and payment!

Unfortunately it never came to a stay as the supposed host showed to be a scam. We made the booking and also payed the money for the whole stay (1 weekend) but when we wanted to arrive, they said office hours are over, sorry, no apartment. Seriously, we have had so many apartments in all kinds of countries, but something like this has never happened to us before. So be careful with this apartment, if you book, don‘t pay in advance! We will report the incident to fewo direkt now and cross fingers we will get back our money.
