Inside the plot there is a private parking area for 2 cars and a kids playground. The living room is very spacious and it is connected to the modern and fully equipped kitchen and dining area. From the living room and from the kitchen there is a direct access to the terrace with private pool and sun loungers. There are two double spacious bedrooms nicely decorated and one bathroom with shower.
