"I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for the truly wonderful service provided by some of your personnel during my recent stay.
Eden, Anson, and Tracy were exceptional. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality greatly enhanced my experience and are a credit to the Voco brand.
However, I must also share feedback regarding the breakfast buffet. While the visual presentation is quite elaborate, the quality and function unfortunately do not match. Specifically, the setup of placing a mountain of food together in the traditional steamer baskets is problematic. This design causes significant issues, as the food at the bottom often becomes soggy or overcooked. The execution of the buffet truly does not live up to the high standard set by your staff and the rest of the hotel.
