Wonderful retreat close to town
We met family who lived in Livingston for Thanksgiving & the location was so convenient to their home. There was plenty of room for our 3 grandkids to stay with us but they ended up just visiting for a afternoon. Plus we had 2 dogs so the location of the vrbo on 1.25 acres was perfect. Thank you for sharing your home & for snowplowing the driveway.

Fishing trip
This was a great spot to access spring creeks and the Yellowstone River for fishing. Excellent accommodation with lots of space, hot tub, sauna and amenities. Did ask for help cleaning up afterward while also charging a cleaning fee.

Perfect spot
River Run Retreat was exactly what we needed for our daughter's wedding weekend nearby. The house itself is terrific! Well supplied, comfortable beds, lots of space, nice kitchen (love the big island!), nice little homey touches, plenty of extra towels/blankets, outdoor grill, tastefully decorated, good reading material (if we had had time!).
Listening to the Yellowstone river at night (directly behind the house) was a Paradise valley lullaby. Easy walk over Carter's Bridge to the river access. Just be careful walking on the bridge -- there's not much room to move over for vehicles.
The house is close enough to a busy road that, during the day especially, you can hear traffic. So it isn't totally quiet, if that's what you're looking for. But it wasn't an issue for us, as we knew to expect it.
Overall, River Run Retreat was is a great house in a good location, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Nicole!

Amazing Home in the Mountains!
The home was beautifully appointed, amazing location, wonderful amenities! Lots of fresh towels provided, kitchen wares, blankets etc to make it a very cozy stay. We loved the bedrooms, decorating throughout was top notch. Fans in each room made it very comfortable. Hot tub and sauna were easy to use and so nice after long days driving or hiking. Livingston area was a great home base for visiting our son in Yellowstone. We did part of the hike to Pine Creek Falls nearby and it was gorgeous, even though we didn’t make it all the way with our small children. Bathrooms are on the smaller side, but they were laid out and organized well, so it didn’t seem too claustrophobic. I would suggest a bedroom lamp in the master bedroom for reading by, and maybe another hamper or laundry basket. The sheets in the bedroom also came off a lot and had to be remade, but I’m a pretty picky person with bedding. Also, I didn’t see a pizza pan, but we may have just missed it. Wonderful that coffee and a few more kitchen extras were provided! Really appreciated for these tired parents. Everything else you need is just a short drive away to the grocery store in town. Loved being close to the river, though we ended up driving there most times because walking across the bridge with small children and cars speeding by with zero shoulder was terrifying. Overall, one of the most memorable times and lovely homes I’ve ever rented and we would love to come back one day!

Yellowstone vacation
This was a peaceful place for our vacation. The house had just about everything you could ask for.
We would like to suggest that you have luggage stands in each room so we wouldn’t have to have our suitcases on the floor.
The blinds in the bathroom were filthy and we would suggest cleaning or replacing them since everything else was clean and well decorated.
We would highly recommend this property for any family.
The views are stunning and we loved watching the magpies in the morning.
