Happy Thanksgiving in Livingston

The property is darling and beautifully decorated. There are many historical references including books and pictures that tell the home’s story. The host checked in the perfect amount of times to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. We celebrated Thanksgiving and the house had everything we needed to cook and serve our family. Including lots of games to keep the kids occupied while we cooked. Livingston square was a short walk with cute shops and antique stores. We even got to celebrate the Christmas tree lighting ceremony. So many wonderful memories made!

Loved the house and would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the house. Owner was super friendly and very quick to respond to my messages. Wish we could have spent more time there and shopped at the cute store downtown. Would definitely stay there again! They definitely put pride into their lovely home and go above and behind for their guests.

Home Away from Home

Staying at Stonecipher Manor was the perfect vacation for our family. The house had everything you would need from a full kitchen to games for all ages. It was so comfortable and welcoming with the right mixture of old-style charm and modern elements. We will definitely be back!

Tennessee Baby Shower

In town for baby shower. The house was very charming, immaculate inside - historic house totally remodeled and very comfortable and classy. We only had one minor issue first day but was quickly addressed by the owner and host Dawn. It's quiet, extra spacious and extremely comfortable. Upstairs has game room with games supplied. The host went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Amazing property!

We enjoyed this home very much. It was better than described. It was a perfect blend between old and new. Modern kitchen, very well stocked, comfortable furniture with an old world decor. We had had everything we needed. This was a visit to the area for a family reunion and I could not have asked for a more perfect home while in the area. I especially loved sitting and relaxing on the front porch, Eleanor and Dawn were the perfect hosts. They checked in on us to be sure everything was in order and it was. I recommend this home for any visit to the area or any special occasion. I loved it and will be back next year if at all possible.
