The Neighborhood: The apartment is just a 12 minute walk away from Liverpool One and is close to Liverpool Limestreet Station, as well as all the local attractions including The Walker Art Gallery, The Empire Theatre and St George's Hall.
Getting Around: Liverpool Lime Street Station and Moorfields Station is just a short walk away. There are also plenty of bus stops located around the city. A taxi from the apartment into the city centre costs no more than £3.
Other Things to Note: The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 6 minute walk or 3 minute drive. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method. We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"
