The rooms are small and don't even have a bar fridge which I've never known in a hotel - the whole hotel looks like the nursing home it used to be The restaurant waiter who was more an elderly gentleman however was wonderful and the restaurant downstairs was nicely decorated. the rooms and the pool area and all other spots need to be renovated as they are more like boarding rooms and for the price very over priced

Not bad budget but stay away if allergic to dogs

Looks dreadful from outside but inside was clean and modern. Staff friendly. Beds very uncomfortable 😕 Its a dog friendly hotel which I hate. Theyre everywhere yapping away and 1 large dog was jumping up and barking loud on our last stay waiting for the lift, my little is terrified so we'd never stay again when animals take precident. Food was decent and pool was nice and clean and a big hit with kids.

Our room was great but some rice on the floor that had not been vacuumed up. Our daughter’s room had a bad smell. Jake on reception dealt with it extremely well and arranged for another room immediately, which was perfect. The breakfast and facilities were amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a clean hotel. We would definitely stay again.
