Kettle unusable it was in such a disgusting state, wasn't thoroughly cleaned first impression stinker of cigarette smoke. It's give shoob for the teens cause everything was just poor quality. Bed sunk in No broom or vacuum, things you need to maintain a flat was missing. We had left some personal items and the communication around finding them was awful. I would never pay this rate for this place it has potential put currently the condition of a well used student flat. Would stay somewhere else when visiting Liverpool. I should had made a formal complaint and requested a refund cause it really wasn't worth the money but due to being there for a work trip I was focused on that. Don't book expecting home comforts or necessities even the sofa had visible stains it's like it was never cleaned before we got there just the beds which are in a poor condition. So shower pressure was awful it's a shell of what it could be
