IMPORTANT: Please note that the lift is currently out of action. This is a building maintenance issues and is sadly out of our control. We expect this to be resolved shortly.

Guest Access:
We operate on self-check-in/out so you can come and go as you please. Keys are collected from a local shop (open 24/7) just a 3 minute walk away.

RULES:

❌ This property is NOT suitable for parties! This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund.

❌ We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged through Airbnb when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation.

Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our privacy noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.
